Daphne Dales

“Worldy” would be an understatement for our newest agent addition to the Aimee Fairweather & Company team: Daphne Dales has an impressive and colourful resume when it comes to seeing and experiencing the world. 

After being born and raised in Don Mills, Daphne spent a good part of her adult years living in various parts of the globe, including the likes of Montreal, Quebec City, California, Central America, Europe, Africa, and finally, Florence, Italy where she settled for 10 years. 

As a result of her travels, Daphne speaks fluent French and Italian (in addition to English, of course!). And when it comes to escaping the harsh Toronto winters, Daphne’s get-away-from-the-winter spot of choice is Bonaire, where she enjoys diving with fish.

Daphne has a particular affinity for the west end and knows its main streets and laneways like the back of her hand, which she prefers to study via adventures on her bike. She takes time to learn and deepen her understanding of traditions, culture, cuisine, and artistic expressions in the neighbourhoods she frequents and visits. Interestingly (yet not surprising), Daphne is also currently opening a real estate agency in Puglia, Italy! Clearly, her real estate knowledge certainly isn’t lacking.
